A Pagan moot is a social gathering for pagans, alternative thinkers and those with an earth-based spirituality. It’s a relaxed, informal meeting, held on the 1st Sunday of the month at The Broadwater pub. These are for anyone interested to socialise, share information, and build a community. We may also have talks and make seasonal crafts. The term “moot” originates from an old Anglo-Saxon word meaning “meeting” or “assembly.”
