This camp was created to provide female adults and older teenagers (over 14 years only) with a safe, nurturing space to develop in a quiet, supportive, natural environment. We will be running workshops to help you explore the divine feminine and the opportunity to try new ways of working. We will be looking to ourselves and the cycles of the goddess within that take us on the journey of woman. With a mixed group of maidens, mothers and crones, discussions will be supportive and encouraging with mutual respect. We will support one another. We will also have some fun activities, meditations, drumming, chanting, ritual, walking the labyrinth and a communal hearth fire.
It is completely up to you how much you participate and you are welcome to simply take advantage of the peaceful atmosphere to relax, explore the beautiful woodland and just be.
Meals are included in your ticket price and food will be provided. Anyone who wishes to help with the preparation of meals will be very welcome as this in itself can be a bonding, fun activity.
Teas will be available all weekend at the brew station.
Very well behaved dogs are permitted but must be kept on a lead at all times and can not be taken in to some workshops, meditations.
There are on site toilets, showers and disables facilities.
We can accept small campers and caravans but limited to 10 and they will be parked in a separate field.
To keep the retreat personal and enable everyone to take part in all aspect, Spaces will be Limited.

Avebury Stone Circle, Wiltshire
Women only, children welcome
This is an informal gathering of like minded women, not just from our own base area in Sussex, but from any location - all welcome.
As it's such a lovely place to go and such a long way to travel for some, we make the actual gathering afternoon only, which allows time to explore the other places; West Kennet Long Barrow, Silbury Hill, The Sanctuary etc.
There are a few local facilities such as the Red Lion which has a restaurant, there are a couple of little shops, a coffee shop that serves cakes, sandwiches etc, and a National Trust house and museum to visit should you wish to. There are public toilets just down from the Red Lion and another set of public toilets behind the museum near the coffee shop. There is a public car park for the site, this does carry a charge but I don't know how much it is. http://www.nationaltrust.org.uk/avebury/
We will all meet at 12noon outside the Red Lion, some women plan to eat at the Red Lion, others of us will be having a picnic in the centre circle (subject to weather), you are welcome to join in either place to eat together. Watch out for myself and our logo (pictures of both below). Ritual at 3.30pm.
