There is a difference in the information provided for a moot to that provided for a coven. If someone showed interest in joining a coven they are likely to meet them first in a neutral venue to discuss compatibilities, what they do and what they are looking for before deciding whether to invite them to the group. As such, details of where and when meetings are held are not included save for the general location. Moots generally advertise their meetings and meeting places for friendly open discussions. Please be mindful of the rules set by the organisers.
This is a space for like-minded folk in the Halstead/South Suffolk and surrounding areas to meet, talk and learn.
We are a friendly, welcoming group who meet on the third Friday of the month to discuss a different pagan themed topic. Always an interesting discussion and lots to learn from each others experiences and ideas.
Members are always welcome to suggest each months topic.
We also carryout regular rituals in the local woods.

We are a long-established training group for seekers who are interested in Initiatory Witchcraft. The training is run on behalf of a Gardnerian Coven in Mid-Suffolk who trace their lineage through Eleanor Bone back to Gerald Gardner.
Like all genuine training in Initiatory Witchcraft it is offered free of charge. The course covers topics and skill essential to being initiated into the Priesthood of the Mysteries and becoming a Witch.
We teach Wicca as part of the Western Mystery Tradition and as a nature based spirituality. Attending the training group is not a guarantee of being initiated into a coven and you do not have to want to be initiated to take part in the course.
If you are over 21 and are interested in joining the training, contact us via the email address on this page. We shall then send you a questionnaire and arrange to meet in person in a public place to discuss the course.
