Join us as we explore Chelmsford’s modern Witches then take a trip back in time to the terrible Witch Trials that happened in Chelmsford.

Meeting point is the end of Chelmsford's indoor market opposite the park entrance.

Join us as we start with the modern Witches of Chelmsford and take a stroll to certain points of interest as we go back to the awful trials that happened in Chelmsford.

From the first woman ever in England to be tried and hanged to the awful Matthew Hopkins.

It includes Kings and Queens and some very dark history.

We will get to stand on the site the trials took place and try to imagine what it would have looked like.

Some very interesting facts and even modern terminology that stemmed from those awful days.
